《달나라 부동산》은 2018년 12월 9일부터 29일까지 탈영역우정국 2층에서 개최된 첫번째 개인전이다. 달 땅이 실제 매매되고 있다는 사실로부터 인간이 소유할 수 있는 것과 꿈에 대한 질문을 던진 이 전시는 사진, 설치, VR 미디어, 관객 참여형 퍼포먼스로 구성된다.
《달나라 부동산》은 가상과 현실 그 사이 어딘가에서 부유하고 있는 꿈을 소환한다. 현실에서는 요원하기만 한 ‘행복’, 지구에서는 불가능한 소유가 실현되는 곳. 그곳에서 포기된 것들, 희망을 가질 수 있었던 시간들이 되살아난다. 그렇게 《달나라 부동산》은 가능과 불가능, 가상과 현실의 점선 위에서 땅으로 대변되는 소유와 꿈의 관계, 그리고 그 각각의 양가적 측면을 탐색한다. 꿈꾸던 시절에 대한 어렴풋한 기억 속에서 이제 질문이 선명해진다.숫자로만 존재하는 가상화폐의 가치처럼, 문서로만 존재하는 달나라 땅의 소유권은 현실에서 (어떻게) 인정될 수 있는가? 실제로 무언가를 소유한다는 것은 무엇이며, 소유는 과연 (어떻게) 확정될 수 있는가?

<Lunar Real Estate Project> is a project that purchases an acre of the moon from 'Lunar Embassy' that sells extraterrestrial properties including land on the moon, and then resells it to the audience at the exhibition. In compliance with the Embassy’s resale conditions that approves that the owner of the purchased land can divide and resell it to less than ten buyers, Luna Real Estate opened an auction to sell the lunar land to the audience. Ten pieces of the Lunar Deed, each of which represents a tenth of an acre, were sold out during the auction performance at the opening of the exhibition. The ten pieces of land were transferred to the bidders with a sheet of the contract of deal, signed by the both parties.
