<Lunar Real Estate Project> is a project that purchases an acre of the moon from 'Lunar Embassy' that sells extraterrestrial properties including land on the moon, and then resells it to the audience at the exhibition. In compliance with the Embassy's resale conditions that approves that the owner of the purchased land can divide and resell it to less than ten buyers, Luna Real Estate opened an auction to sell the lunar land to the audience. Ten pieces of the Lunar Deed, each of which represents a tenth of an acre, were sold out during the auction performance at the opening of the exhibition. The ten pieces of land were transferred to the bidders with a sheet of the contract of deal, signed by the both parties.
